Camp Thunderbird is the perfect place to have your next event. From weddings to family reunions, we can accommodate it all. Located in the beautiful Gila National Forest you'll enjoy a peaceful location, access to all facilities on our 25-acre property, and the privacy of having the place to yourselves.

Our facility can be rented out for groups up to 200 in size. Different pricing packages are available depending on how many services you would like the camp to provide.

Weddings

Reunions

Camp Thunderbird has been a gathering place for families generation after generation since 1947. Plan your next family reunion here!

Group Retreats

Groups of all ages are welcome at Camp Thunderbird. Whether it be a church retreat, kid's camp, or business retreat; Camp Thunderbird will accommodate your specific needs.

Group Events: What to know

  • In addition to the use of our facilities, we include water, trash removal, and electric power for all groups.
     

  • No more than 200 participants will be allowed to use the Camp Thunderbird facilities at any one time.
      

  • Group leaders will be responsible for keeping daily attendance and meal records which will be periodically reviewed by camp management.
